Coffee-Infused Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup (250g) softened butter
- 1/2 cup (100ml) oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 cups (500g) all-purpose flour
- Additional:
- Piping bag
- French star tip
- Some melted chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 340°F (170°C) on the upper and lower heat setting.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, oil, eggs, powdered sugar, instant coffee, and baking powder until smooth.
- Gradually add the flour to the mixture, stirring until well combined and a soft dough forms.
- Fill a piping bag fitted with a French star tip with the dough.
- Pipe the dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper, forming cookie shapes of your choice.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool completely on a wire rack.
- Drizzle some melted chocolate over the cooled cookies for extra flavor and decoration.
- Enjoy your delicious spritz cookies with a cup of coffee or tea!
