Nutella Dessert in 5 Minutes, No Oven, No Gelatin

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500ml) milk
  • 1 cup (200ml) heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoons Nutella
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Agar Agar
  • 1 cup (200g) sour cream or cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup (60g) ground hazelnuts

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine milk, heavy cream, Nutella, and vanilla sugar.
  2. Heat the mixture over medium heat until it's warm but not boiling.
  3. Add Agar Agar to the mixture and whisk continuously. Bring it to a gentle boil and let it simmer for 2 minutes, ensuring the Agar Agar is fully dissolved.
  4. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool for a few minutes.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine sour cream or cream cheese and ground hazelnuts. Mix well.
  6. Add the milk mixture to the bowl, stirring until everything is well combined.
  7. Pour the mixture into serving glasses or bowls.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
