Nutella Dessert in 5 Minutes, No Oven, No Gelatin
Ingredients
- 2 cups (500ml) milk
- 1 cup (200ml) heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons Nutella
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 teaspoons Agar Agar
- 1 cup (200g) sour cream or cream cheese
- 1/2 cup (60g) ground hazelnuts
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine milk, heavy cream, Nutella, and vanilla sugar.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat until it's warm but not boiling.
- Add Agar Agar to the mixture and whisk continuously. Bring it to a gentle boil and let it simmer for 2 minutes, ensuring the Agar Agar is fully dissolved.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture cool for a few minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine sour cream or cream cheese and ground hazelnuts. Mix well.
- Add the milk mixture to the bowl, stirring until everything is well combined.
- Pour the mixture into serving glasses or bowls.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
