Quick and Delicious Apple Pudding Cake

For the Dough:

  • 2/3 cup butter (150g)
  • 2/3 cup sugar (120g)
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (300g)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Knead all the ingredients into a dough, press it firmly into the baking pan, add sliced apples, and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.

For the Filling:

  • 3 1/2 cups heavy cream (800ml)
  • 1 1/2 packets vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 cup sugar (120g)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

In a saucepan, bring all the filling ingredients to a boil, turning them into a pudding. Pour the mixture over the dough in the pan and sprinkle almond flakes on top.

Additional:

  • 4 apples
  • Brown sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Almond flakes

Baking Time: Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) in conventional mode for about 45 minutes.

Chill for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. 😍
