Ingredients

  • For the cream:
  • 1 can (315 grams) evaporated milk
  • 1 can (395 grams) condensed milk
  • 1/2 bar (110 grams) cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup (180 grams) passion fruit pulp (adjust to taste)
  • For assembling:
  • 30 Marie cookies

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients for the cream in a blender for about 1 minute until smooth.
  2. In a mold, arrange a layer of Maria cookies, followed by a layer of the prepared cream. Repeat this process, alternating layers, until you reach the top, finishing with a layer of cream.
  3. Cover the mold and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight to set.
  4. Before serving, decorate the top with whipped cream, crushed Maria cookies, or passion fruit seeds for an extra touch of flavor and texture.
