Perfect Nutella Brownie


  • 6.3 oz (180g) Dark Chocolate
  • 3.5 oz (100g) Butter
  • 3 Eggs
  • 4.7 oz (135g) Granulated Sugar
  • 3.2 oz (90g) Brown Sugar
  • 0.7 oz (20g) Cocoa Powder
  • 3.9 oz (110g) All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tbsp Hazelnut Cream
  • 1.8 oz (50g) Dark Chocolate Chips for the batter
  • Hazelnut Cream for topping


  1. Start by melting the butter until it turns brown (but don't let it burn). Add the dark chocolate and stir well!
  2. In another bowl, combine the eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder (or chocolate powder), the mixture from the pan, hazelnut cream, and all-purpose flour. Stir well and add more dark chocolate chips to the batter.
  3. Preheat the oven to 390°F (200°C). Bake for 25 minutes.
  4. After baking, let it cool (I usually leave it in the freezer for about 30 minutes).
  5. Serve and be happy! Enjoy your delicious Nutella Brownie!
