Perfect Nutella Brownie
Ingredients
- 6.3 oz (180g) Dark Chocolate
- 3.5 oz (100g) Butter
- 3 Eggs
- 4.7 oz (135g) Granulated Sugar
- 3.2 oz (90g) Brown Sugar
- 0.7 oz (20g) Cocoa Powder
- 3.9 oz (110g) All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tbsp Hazelnut Cream
- 1.8 oz (50g) Dark Chocolate Chips for the batter
- Hazelnut Cream for topping
Instructions
- Start by melting the butter until it turns brown (but don't let it burn). Add the dark chocolate and stir well!
- In another bowl, combine the eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder (or chocolate powder), the mixture from the pan, hazelnut cream, and all-purpose flour. Stir well and add more dark chocolate chips to the batter.
- Preheat the oven to 390°F (200°C). Bake for 25 minutes.
- After baking, let it cool (I usually leave it in the freezer for about 30 minutes).
- Serve and be happy! Enjoy your delicious Nutella Brownie!
