Ingredients

  • Cake:
  • 30 grams fresh yeast
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 70 milliliters oil
  • 2 eggs
  • Cheese Filling:
  • 250 grams ground cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons pudding mix (powder)
  • Cranberries
  • Crumble Topping:
  • 60 grams flour
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 40 grams butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, crumble the yeast, add sugar, and mix with a spoon until smooth. Then pour in the milk and mix.
  2. Let it sit for about 15 minutes. Add the flour, eggs, and oil, knead into a dough with a uniform consistency. Spread it on the bottom of the pan. Let it rise for about 40 minutes.
  3. For the cheese filling, add eggs, sugar, oil, and pudding to the cheese, mix briefly. Spread the cheese mixture on the risen yeast dough. Sprinkle with cranberries.
  4. For the crumble topping, put flour, sugar in a bowl, add butter, knead the crumble with your hands. Sprinkle on top of the cake.
  5. Bake for about 45-50 minutes at 180°C.
