Ingredients

  • 17.6 ounces (500g) of milk chocolate
  • 7 ounces (200g) of heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Chop the milk chocolate into small pieces and place them in a heatproof bowl.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
  3. Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate.
  4. Let it sit for a minute to allow the chocolate to soften.
  5. Gently whisk the mixture until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  6. Allow the ganache to cool slightly before using it as a glaze, frosting, or filling for your favorite desserts.
