  • 6.3 ounces of semi-salted butter
  • 1.4 ounces of cocoa
  • 6 ounces of dark chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 4.2 ounces of whole sugar
  • 2.6 ounces of flour
  • 1.8 ounces of chopped or pellet chocolate
  • 3.5 ounces of peanut butter


    On a silicone mold or baking paper, scoop out piles of peanut butter and stick 'em in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
    Now, let's make that magical butter: Melt the butter in a saucepan. Once it starts foaming and takes on that gorgeous caramel color, take it off the heat. Add the cocoa, mix, pour it into a container, let it cool a bit, then toss in the chocolate and mix it all up.
    Whip up the eggs with the sugar, add the chocolate mix, followed by the flour and chocolate bits.
    Pour this deliciousness into a mold and pop it in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes at 175°C. Enjoy the deliciousness!
