No-Bake Creamy Delight


  • for the Cream:
  • 2 cups (500g) low-fat quark
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • A splash of vanilla extract
  • 8 oz (250g) cream cheese
  • 1 cup (200ml) heavy cream
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • A squeeze of lemon juice
  • 1 packet of whipped cream stabilizer
  • For the Fruit Mirror:
  • 2 cups (500ml) orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 14 oz (400g) frozen berries


For the Cream:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 500g of low-fat quark, 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar, a dash of vanilla sugar, 250g of cream cheese, 200ml of heavy cream, lemon zest from one lemon, a splash of lemon juice, and 1 packet of whipped cream stabilizer.
  2. Mix all the ingredients until well combined and smooth. Set aside.

For the Fruit Mirror:

  1. In a saucepan, pour in 500ml of orange juice and add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch.
  2. Stir until the sugar and cornstarch dissolve.
  3. Add 400g of frozen berries to the saucepan and bring the mixture to a brief boil.
  4. Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.
  5. Remove the fruit mirror from heat and allow it to cool down.


  1. Once the fruit mirror has cooled slightly, pour it over the prepared cream mixture.
  2. Gently spread the fruit mirror evenly over the cream layer.
  3. Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving.
  4. Serve chilled and enjoy the velvety, fruity goodness!
