  • 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup (60ml) oil
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 ¾ cups (350g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • For decoration: white chocolate, pistachios

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 320°F (160°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Pour in the oil and mix until well combined.
  5. Sift in the cocoa powder, baking powder, and flour. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
  6. Transfer the dough into a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
  7. Pipe the dough onto the prepared baking sheets in your desired shapes. You can make spirals, stars, or any other shapes you like.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cookies are set and slightly firm to the touch.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Once cooled, melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over the cookies. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios for extra flavor and decoration.
  11. Let the chocolate set before serving or storing the cookies in an airtight container.
