Lotus Biscoff Roll

Let’s dive into the scrumptious world of Lotus Biscoff Rolle together—a delightful treat awaits!

For the Dough:

  • 6 eggs
  • 160g sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 120g flour
  • 50g cornstarch
  • 2g baking powder


  1. Beat eggs, sugar, and a pinch of salt until fluffy. Sift in dry ingredients and gently fold.
  2. Spread the batter on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (338°F) for about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Take it out of the oven and place it directly on a clean cloth, slowly removing the parchment paper.

For the Cream:

  • 400ml cream
  • 300g mascarpone
  • 80g powdered sugar
  • 2 generous tbsp Lotus Biscoff spread
  • 2 packets whipping cream stabilizer
  1. Place all ingredients except Lotus Biscoff spread in a bowl and whip. Add Lotus Biscoff spread and mix briefly.
  2. Spread the cream as shown, sprinkle Lotus Biscoff on top. You can also drizzle melted Lotus Biscoff spread over it (I didn’t have much). Roll it up and chill.
  3. Briefly warm Lotus Biscoff spread and spread it over the roll. Decorate as you like and savor the dreamy delight!
