Easy Fruit-Filled Crumble Cake

Easy Fruit-Filled Crumble Cake

Ingredients

  • 350 g all-purpose flour
  • ✅70 g potato starch
  • ✅220 g cold butter
  • ✅90 g powdered sugar
  • ✅1 egg
  • ✅2 tablespoons water
  • ✅1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Fruit filling:
  • ✅500 g frozen fruit (I used blueberries and raspberries)
  • ✅3 tablespoons sugar
  • ✅2 tablespoons potato starch

Instructions

Mix all the dough ingredients together. Divide the dough into two equal parts, wrap them in plastic wrap, and put them in the freezer for 20 minutes.

For the fruit filling:
Mix all the ingredients and set aside.

Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Grate one part of the chilled dough using a grater with large holes - spread it evenly on the bottom of the pan. Spread the fruit filling over it. Grate the second part of the dough on top.

Bake at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 50 minutes. Enjoy!
