Creamy Cream Cake


  • For the Crust:
  • 1 egg
  • 270g flour
  • 125g butter
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • For the Filling:
  • 3 eggs
  • 400g sour cream
  • 200g creme fraiche
  • 600ml heavy cream
  • 2 packets vanilla pudding powder
  • 200g sugar
  • 2 packets vanilla sugar
  • Additionally:
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1.5 tsp cinnamon


Grease and flour the baking pan. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (356°F) with both upper and lower heat.

Crust Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix 1 egg, 270g flour, 125g melted butter, 100g sugar, 1 packet vanilla sugar, and 1 tsp baking powder.
  2. Press the mixture into the greased and floured springform pan.

Filling Preparation:

  1. In another bowl, whisk 3 eggs, add 400g sour cream, 200g creme fraiche, 600ml heavy cream, 2 packets vanilla pudding powder, 200g sugar, and 2 packets vanilla sugar.
  2. Pour this heavenly mixture onto the prepared crust.


  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
  2. Take it out, sprinkle 3 tbsp sugar and 1.5 tsp cinnamon on top.
  3. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.

Finishing Touch:

  1. Turn off the oven, crack the door open slightly, and let the cake rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Take it out, and get ready to indulge in the creamy goodness!
