For the Batter:

  • 4 eggs
  • 200g sugar
  • 250ml milk
  • 150ml oil
  • 50g baking cocoa
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 350g flour

For the Cream:

  • 600ml heavy cream
  • 200g quark
  • 200g mascarpone
  • 120g powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp whipping cream stabilizer
  • 3 tbsp chocolate shavings

Additional Ingredients:

  • Cherries in a jar
  • Cherry juice for soaking

Baking Time: Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (338°F) with both upper and lower heat for approximately 30 minutes.
