Hazelnut Chocolate Cheesecake Cups

Ingredients

  • FILLING:
  • ▫️ 380 g cream cheese (like Philadelphia or Łaciaty)
  • ▫️ 100 g roasted hazelnuts (or hazelnut paste)
  • ▫️ 200 g white chocolate
  • ▫️ 90 g powdered sugar
  • ▫️ 500 ml heavy cream (36% fat)
  • EXTRAS:
  • ▫️ 200 g cookies (I used Milka pieguski)
  • ▫️ 100 g chocolate (I used Kinder) with 30 ml heavy cream
  • ▫️ 2 Kinder Bueno bars for decoration

Instructions

Crush the cookies into fine crumbs. Sprinkle half onto the bottom of the containers.

Blend the hazelnuts until smooth (I made a paste). Add melted white chocolate and blend again. Let it cool.
Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and set aside.
Cream the cream cheese with powdered sugar. Add the chocolate hazelnut mixture and mix until combined. Fold in the whipped cream gently. Spoon half into the containers, sprinkle the remaining cookie crumbs, and add another layer of the filling. Chill in the fridge for 5 hours. Afterward, drizzle with melted chocolate mixed with heavy cream and top with Kinder Bueno bars for decoration.
