Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1⁄2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1⁄3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1⁄2 tsp salt
  • 1⁄4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/8 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cookie dough (you can use store-bought or whip up your own chocolate chip cookie dough)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • A few scoops of ice cream
  • Caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a 9” skillet to get it ready.
  3. In a bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients.
  4. Add in the eggs, oil, water, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Give it a good whisk until everything's nicely combined.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into the skillet. Now, add some chunks of cookie dough on top of the brownie batter. Use a spoon to gently cover the cookie dough with more brownie batter. Sprinkle those chocolate chips all over the top.
  6. Pop the skillet into the oven and let it bake for around 25-35 minutes, or until it's all wonderfully gooey and irresistible.
  7. Once it's out of the oven, give it a little time to cool down for about 10 minutes. Then, drizzle on that caramel sauce and top it all off with some scoops of ice cream.
  8. Grab a spoon and dig in for some seriously delicious indulgence! Enjoy every bite!
