Brigadeiro, Ice Cream, and Crushed Peanut Butter Candy Pie

Yesterday, I was craving this trio: ice cream, peanut butter candy, and brigadeiro. I thought: why not put them all together in one dessert? That’s how this perfection was born, haha. Let’s learn how to make it, shall we?

Brigadeiro, Ice Cream, and Crushed Peanut Butter Candy Pie

Brigadeiro, Ice Cream, and Crushed Peanut Butter Candy Pie

Ingredients

  • 9.5 ounces of cornstarch cookies
  • 5.3 ounces of melted butter
  • For the brigadeiro:
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1/2 can of cream
  • 4.2 ounces of milk chocolate
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Peanut butter candy

Instructions

Let's start with the base. Crush the cookies, then add the melted butter. Crush them more until they form a dough. Press the dough into an 18cm springform pan and freeze for 1 hour. Meanwhile, make the brigadeiro: mix everything in a saucepan and stir until it thickens. Let it cool. Now, assemble the pie: layer with vanilla ice cream, then the brigadeiro, and finally, sprinkle crushed peanut butter candy on top. Freeze for approximately 1 hour, then serve!
