Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 3 carrots (approximately 1 1/2 cups grated)
  • 3 tablespoons gluten-free flour (for cakes and pastries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    Start by preheating your oven to 180°C (350°F) with both upper and lower heat.
  2. Prepare the Batter:
    In a large bowl, whisk together 4 eggs and 3/4 cup of sugar until well combined. Add 2/3 cup of oil and 2/3 cup of milk, continuing to whisk.
