Easy Rise Cake: No-Fuss Yeast Delight
Ingredients
- 6 cups (800 g) of flour
- 5 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 packets of dry yeast
- 3/4 cup (200 g) of oil
- 1 cup (230 g) warm milk
Instructions
- Heat the milk.
- Sift the flour into a bowl. Then make a well in the flour and pour in the beaten eggs with a fork, do not mix.
- Then add the sugar and sprinkle the yeast on top.
- Pour the oil over the yeast. Finally, pour in the warm milk. Do not mix.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 2 hours.
- After this time, mix everything well.
- Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- Arrange fruits on top of the dough.
- Place the cake in the cold oven! Turn on the oven after placing the cake and set the temperature to 350°F (180°C), bake for about 50 minutes.
