Easy Rise Cake: No-Fuss Yeast Delight

Ingredients

  • 6 cups (800 g) of flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 packets of dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup (200 g) of oil
  • 1 cup (230 g) warm milk

Instructions

  1. Heat the milk.
  2. Sift the flour into a bowl. Then make a well in the flour and pour in the beaten eggs with a fork, do not mix.
  3. Then add the sugar and sprinkle the yeast on top.
  4. Pour the oil over the yeast. Finally, pour in the warm milk. Do not mix.
  5. Cover the dough and let it rest for 2 hours.
  6. After this time, mix everything well.
  7. Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  8. Arrange fruits on top of the dough.
  9. Place the cake in the cold oven! Turn on the oven after placing the cake and set the temperature to 350°F (180°C), bake for about 50 minutes.
