Cheesecake Brownie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 g) butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 4 eggs (whites separated)
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cup water (optional)
  • 2 3/4 cups (800 g) thick natural yogurt or cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon potato starch
  • 1 packet cream-flavored pudding
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • Blueberries

Instructions

  1. Melt butter, sugar, and cocoa powder, then let it cool.
  2. Add egg yolks, flour with baking powder, and mix well.
  3. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gently fold them into the cocoa mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, blend yogurt with eggs, wheat and potato starch, pudding powder, and sugar.
  5. Pour the larger part of the cocoa dough into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  6. Spread the yogurt mixture on top of the cocoa dough and sprinkle with blueberries.
  7. Pour the remaining cocoa dough on top and create patterns.
  8. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 60 minutes.
  9. Once baked, let it cool before serving.
