Cheesecake Brownie
Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 g) butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 4 eggs (whites separated)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup water (optional)
- 2 3/4 cups (800 g) thick natural yogurt or cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon potato starch
- 1 packet cream-flavored pudding
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- Blueberries
Instructions
- Melt butter, sugar, and cocoa powder, then let it cool.
- Add egg yolks, flour with baking powder, and mix well.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gently fold them into the cocoa mixture.
- In a separate bowl, blend yogurt with eggs, wheat and potato starch, pudding powder, and sugar.
- Pour the larger part of the cocoa dough into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the yogurt mixture on top of the cocoa dough and sprinkle with blueberries.
- Pour the remaining cocoa dough on top and create patterns.
- Bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 60 minutes.
- Once baked, let it cool before serving.
