Ingredients

  • Milk, 1 liter
  • Eggs, 8
  • Milk powder, 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract, 1 tsp
  • Stevia, 10-15 packets (or Sugar, 1 cup)
  • For the caramel:
  • Sugar, 100g
  • Water, a tiny splash

Instructions

  1. In the blender, combine milk, eggs, milk powder, vanilla extract, sugar, and stevia. Blend thoroughly until smooth and well-mixed.
  2. In a pot, make the caramel by combining sugar with a few drops of water. Let it turn golden brown, being careful not to burn.
  3. Pour the caramel into the mold, then add the blended mixture on top.
  4. Cook in a water bath, covered with aluminum foil, for approximately one hour. Enjoy your delightful flan, whether you're team dulce de leche or team whipped cream!
