Delicious Nut Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups hazelnuts, ground
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/3 cups heavy cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • Decoration:
  • 7 oz chocolate couverture
  • 3 tsp chopped hazelnuts
  • Ferrero Rocher chocolates

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar for about 5 minutes. Add heavy cream and mix briefly. Finally, fold in flour, baking powder, and ground hazelnuts until just combined.
  2. Pour the batter into a 12-inch loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven at 320°F (160°C) for 40-45 minutes. Perform a toothpick test to ensure it's cooked through.
  3. Let the cake cool, then spread the melted chocolate couverture over it.
  4. Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts on top and decorate with Ferrero Rocher chocolates. Enjoy your delicious nut cake! 🍰
