Delicious Nut Cake
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups hazelnuts, ground
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/3 cups heavy cream
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 packet baking powder
- Decoration:
- 7 oz chocolate couverture
- 3 tsp chopped hazelnuts
- Ferrero Rocher chocolates
Instructions
- Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar for about 5 minutes. Add heavy cream and mix briefly. Finally, fold in flour, baking powder, and ground hazelnuts until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a 12-inch loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven at 320°F (160°C) for 40-45 minutes. Perform a toothpick test to ensure it's cooked through.
- Let the cake cool, then spread the melted chocolate couverture over it.
- Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts on top and decorate with Ferrero Rocher chocolates. Enjoy your delicious nut cake! 🍰
