Delicious Schillerlocken
Ingredients
- 1 packet puff pastry
- 1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp milk
- 1 packet vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 3.5 oz dark chocolate
Instructions
- Cut the puff pastry into strips. Grease the Schillerlocken molds. Wrap each pastry strip lightly overlapping from the tip around a Schillerlocken metal mold.
- Whisk egg yolk with milk and brush it over the Schillerlocken. Bake them in the preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 15-20 minutes until they're golden brown.
- Carefully remove the Schillerlocken from the molds and let them cool. Then, dip one side of the Schillerlocken into melted chocolate.
- For the filling, mix heavy cream with vanilla pudding mix. Fill the Schillerlocken with the pudding mixture. Enjoy your delightful Schillerlocken!
