Delicious Schillerlocken

Ingredients

  • 1 packet puff pastry
  • 1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 packet vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
  • 3.5 oz dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Cut the puff pastry into strips. Grease the Schillerlocken molds. Wrap each pastry strip lightly overlapping from the tip around a Schillerlocken metal mold.
  2. Whisk egg yolk with milk and brush it over the Schillerlocken. Bake them in the preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 15-20 minutes until they're golden brown.
  3. Carefully remove the Schillerlocken from the molds and let them cool. Then, dip one side of the Schillerlocken into melted chocolate.
  4. For the filling, mix heavy cream with vanilla pudding mix. Fill the Schillerlocken with the pudding mixture. Enjoy your delightful Schillerlocken!
