Delicious Iriska Cake: A Sweet Treat in 30 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda (heaping)
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (6%)
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 250 grams flour
  • For the cream:
  • 250 grams unsalted butter
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • For decoration:
  • Half a bar of dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add baking soda, vinegar, honey, and beat until smooth. Then sift in the flour and mix until smooth. Add cocoa powder and vanilla extract, mix until the dough is ready. ✅
  3. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Spread evenly on parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 7-8 minutes (adjust according to your oven).

For the cream:

  1. Whip the unsalted butter, then add condensed milk, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth, and the cream is ready!
