Decadent Hazelnut Cream Delight

Ingredients

  • FILLING:
  • ▫️ 17.6 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
  • ▫️ 7 oz hazelnut cream (Nociolatta)**
  • ▫️ 3.5 oz white chocolate (you can use less)
  • ▫️ 2 cups heavy cream (36% fat)
  • ▫️ 2 Kinder Bueno bars
  • GLAZE:
  • ▫️ 7 oz milk chocolate (with 1/3 cup heavy cream or milk)
  • ▫️ 1.4 oz dark chocolate (with 2 tsp heavy cream or milk)
  • ADDITIONALLY:
  • ▫️ 17.6 oz cocoa cookies
  • ▫️ a bit of milk

Instructions

    Melt the white chocolate and let it cool, finely chop the Kinder Bueno bars.
    Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
    In a separate bowl, combine Philadelphia cream cheese, melted chocolate, hazelnut cream, and mix. Add chopped Kinder Bueno bars and mix again.
    Fold in the whipped cream gently with a spatula. Divide the filling into 3 parts.
    In a pan lined with parchment paper, layer:
    • cocoa cookies
    • 1/3 of the filling
    • cocoa cookies
    • another 1/3 of the filling
    • cocoa cookies
    • the remaining 1/3 of the filling
    • cocoa cookies (brushed with milk)
    Chill in the fridge for about 2 hours.
    Melt the milk chocolate with heavy cream and pour it over the cake.
    Melt the dark chocolate and make stripes. Chill overnight. •
