Ingredients
- For the Cake:
- 6 eggs (M)
- 90 ml hot water
- 150 g sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 150 g flour
- For the Sauce:
- 1 liter milk
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 340 ml condensed milk
- 100 g sugar
- 200 g dark chocolate
- For the Cream:
- 250 g cream cheese
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons Nutella
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- Additionally:
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine all the sauce ingredients and bring to a brief boil. Let it cool until lukewarm.
- Bake the cake at 180°C (350°F) for about 25 minutes. Once baked, pour the sauce over the cake while it's still warm. Let it sit for an hour.
- For the cream, beat together cream cheese, heavy cream, Nutella, and vanilla sugar until smooth.
