  • For the Cake:
  • 6 eggs (M)
  • 90 ml hot water
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 150 g flour
  • For the Sauce:
  • 1 liter milk
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 340 ml condensed milk
  • 100 g sugar
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • For the Cream:
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons Nutella
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • Additionally:
  • Cocoa powder for dusting


  1. In a saucepan, combine all the sauce ingredients and bring to a brief boil. Let it cool until lukewarm.
  2. Bake the cake at 180°C (350°F) for about 25 minutes. Once baked, pour the sauce over the cake while it's still warm. Let it sit for an hour.
  3. For the cream, beat together cream cheese, heavy cream, Nutella, and vanilla sugar until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream over the cake and refrigerate for a few hours.
  5. Dust with cocoa powder before serving. Enjoy this delightful dessert with friends and family!
