  • 3 eggs
  • 220 g sugar
  • 200 g chocolate, melted
  • 120 g butter
  • 40 g cocoa powder
  • 200 g grated zucchini
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 150 g flour
  • 1/2 packet baking powder


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a Gugelhupf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together eggs and sugar until creamy.
  3. Add melted chocolate, butter, cocoa powder, grated zucchini, and a pinch of cinnamon. Mix well.
  4. Gradually add flour and baking powder, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
