  • 6 egg whites
  • 150g sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 120ml hot water
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin
  • 100g milk chocolate


  1. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, gradually adding the sugar.
  2. Towards the end, mix in the lemon juice and vanilla extract.
  3. Dissolve the gelatin in hot water and let it cool down.
  4. Once cooled, add the gelatin to the beaten egg whites and mix until just combined.
  5. Grease a silicone mold and spread the mixture evenly.
  6. Chill in the fridge for a few hours until set.
  7. Once set, drizzle with melted milk chocolate mixed with a bit of oil.
