Ingredients

  • 14 oz dark chocolate (400g)
  • 1 cup butter (250g)
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar (250g)
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (200g)

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and chocolate together.
  2. Gradually add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour the batter into a 25x25cm pan and smooth it out.
  4. Scatter chocolate pieces on top.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) in conventional mode for 25 to 30 minutes.
