Cappuccino Crumb Sheet Cake

Ingredients: For the Dough:

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 1/3 cups ground hazelnuts (200g)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 cup sugar (200g)
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (50g)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (100g)
  • 1 cup margarine (200g)
  • 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour (200g)
  • 2 tablespoons cappuccino powder

Filling:

  • 2 packets vanilla sugar
  • 3 packets whipped cream stabilizer
  • 1 cup cream cheese (250g)
  • 2 1/2 cups heavy cream (600ml)
  • 3 tablespoons cappuccino powder

Baking Time: Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) in conventional mode for about 35 minutes.
