  • 16 ounces (450g) cream cheese (I used Wieluń Mój Ulubiony)
  • ½ cup (70g) powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.4 ounces (40g) vanilla pudding mix


  1. Mix all the ingredients for the cheesecake filling until well combined.
  2. Spoon the mixture into muffin tin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 25-30 minutes until set.
  4. Allow the mini cheesecakes to cool completely.
  5. Once cooled, spread caramel sauce on top of each cheesecake.
  6. Sprinkle roasted peanuts on top of the caramel layer.
  7. Drizzle melted chocolate over the peanuts.
