Snickers mini cheesecake
Ingredients
- 16 ounces (450g) cream cheese (I used Wieluń Mój Ulubiony)
- ½ cup (70g) powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1.4 ounces (40g) vanilla pudding mix
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients for the cheesecake filling until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into muffin tin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 25-30 minutes until set.
- Allow the mini cheesecakes to cool completely.
- Once cooled, spread caramel sauce on top of each cheesecake.
- Sprinkle roasted peanuts on top of the caramel layer.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the peanuts.
