Three-Layer No-Bake Cheesecake


  • 26.5 ounces cottage cheese
  • 5.3 ounces butter
  • 6.35 ounces sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2-3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin
  • 14 ounces tea biscuits
  • 1 can of caramel sauce
  • 1.75 ounces chocolate


  1. In a bowl, mix together cottage cheese, softened butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla pudding mix, and milk until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  3. Dissolve gelatin in hot water, then fold it into the whipped cream.
  4. Crush the tea biscuits into fine crumbs and press them into the bottom of a pan to form the crust.
  5. Spread a layer of caramel sauce over the crust.
  6. Pour the cottage cheese mixture over the caramel layer.
  7. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 2-3 hours to set.
  8. Once set, melt the chocolate and drizzle it over the top of the cheesecake.
