Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together cottage cheese, softened butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla pudding mix, and milk until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Dissolve gelatin in hot water, then fold it into the whipped cream.
- Crush the tea biscuits into fine crumbs and press them into the bottom of a pan to form the crust.
