Ingredients

  • Half a package of phyllo dough
  • Raspberries
  • Raffaello chocolate (melted and drizzled over the pie at the end)
  • For the topping:
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups yogurt
  • 1/2 cup oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together 2 eggs, 2/3 cup of sugar, 1 1/2 cups of yogurt, and 1/2 cup of oil until well combined. This will be your topping.
  3. Take half a package of phyllo dough and layer it in a baking dish, making sure to crumple it up as you go.
  4. Sprinkle raspberries generously over the crumpled phyllo dough.
  5. Pour the prepared topping mixture over the raspberries and phyllo dough, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
  6. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 30-40 minutes, or until the topping is set and golden brown.
  7. Once baked, remove the pie from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  8. Melt some Raffaello chocolate and drizzle it over the top of the pie for an extra touch of sweetness.
  9. Slice, serve, and enjoy your delicious raspberry crumble pie!
