Raspberry Crumble Pie
Ingredients
- Half a package of phyllo dough
- Raspberries
- Raffaello chocolate (melted and drizzled over the pie at the end)
- For the topping:
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups yogurt
- 1/2 cup oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together 2 eggs, 2/3 cup of sugar, 1 1/2 cups of yogurt, and 1/2 cup of oil until well combined. This will be your topping.
- Take half a package of phyllo dough and layer it in a baking dish, making sure to crumple it up as you go.
- Sprinkle raspberries generously over the crumpled phyllo dough.
- Pour the prepared topping mixture over the raspberries and phyllo dough, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 30-40 minutes, or until the topping is set and golden brown.
- Once baked, remove the pie from the oven and let it cool slightly.
- Melt some Raffaello chocolate and drizzle it over the top of the pie for an extra touch of sweetness.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy your delicious raspberry crumble pie!
