Ingredients

  • For the Filling:
  • 300g Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Small Tomato
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 50ml Water
  • Seasonings: 1 teaspoon Salt, 1 teaspoon Pepper, 1 tablespoon Thyme, 1 teaspoon Spicy Paprika Flakes
  • Additionally:
  • Triangle-shaped Yufka (or phyllo) Dough
  • Some Water for sealing
  • Oil for frying
  • For the Dip:
  • 100g Sour Cream
  • 50g Yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Dill
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Flavorful Filling:
    Cook 300g of ground beef with finely chopped onion, red bell pepper, and tomato. Stir in 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, 50ml of water, and seasonings: 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 tablespoon of thyme, and 1 teaspoon of spicy paprika flakes.
  2. Get Your Yufka Ready:
    Cut the triangle-shaped Yufka (or phyllo) dough into convenient sizes.
  3. Fill 'Em Up:
    Spoon the tasty filling onto the Yufka triangles. Fold and seal the edges with a bit of water.
  4. Ready for a Dip:
    Mix 100g of sour cream with 50g of yogurt. Season with ½ teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of dill, and 1 teaspoon of thyme. This dip will elevate your finger food experience!
  5. Fry to Perfection:
    Heat oil for frying. Fry the filled triangles until golden brown and crispy.
