Perfect 1-Minute Brownie

Ingredients

  • 180g milk chocolate
  • 100g butter
  • 90g brown sugar
  • 135g granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 20g cocoa powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 105g all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chopped or chocolate chips for later

Instructions

  1. Begin by melting the butter and chocolate. In a bowl, beat the eggs thoroughly with the sugars, cocoa powder, and add the melted mix from the pan. Finish with flour and chocolate chips.
  2. Bake in a buttered 18cm pan lined with parchment paper at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 to 25 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave it for an additional 5 minutes. Remove and refrigerate until completely cooled.
  3. Now, it's time to indulge! Enjoy your treat.
