Ingredients
- For the Nutella Layer:
- 13.5 ounces cream cheese (or your favorite brand)
- 7-8 ounces Nutella spread
- 1 3/4 cups heavy cream (36% fat)
- Oreo cookie cream
- For the Topping:
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream (36% fat)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 packet of whipped cream stabilizer (optional)
- Additional Ingredients:
- 10.5 ounces Oreo cookies (use the cream for the Nutella layer)
Instructions
- Start by separating the Oreo cookies from their cream filling and crushing them into fine crumbs.
- In a mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese at room temperature with the Oreo cookie cream and Nutella spread until smooth. Whip the heavy cream (36% fat) until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula.
- Spoon a tablespoon of crushed Oreo cookies into each dessert cup, followed by a layer of the Nutella cheesecake mixture, and then another spoonful of crushed cookies.
- In another chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and whipped cream stabilizer (if using) until stiff peaks form. Transfer the whipped cream to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- Pipe a dollop of whipped cream onto the top of each mini cheesecake.
- Refrigerate the mini Nutella cheesecakes for at least 4 hours before serving.
