These adorable little treats are perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth. Follow along for a simple guide to making these delicious desserts.

Ingredients

  • For the Nutella Layer:
  • 13.5 ounces cream cheese (or your favorite brand)
  • 7-8 ounces Nutella spread
  • 1 3/4 cups heavy cream (36% fat)
  • Oreo cookie cream
  • For the Topping:
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy cream (36% fat)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 packet of whipped cream stabilizer (optional)
  • Additional Ingredients:
  • 10.5 ounces Oreo cookies (use the cream for the Nutella layer)

Instructions

  1. Start by separating the Oreo cookies from their cream filling and crushing them into fine crumbs.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese at room temperature with the Oreo cookie cream and Nutella spread until smooth. Whip the heavy cream (36% fat) until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula.
  3. Spoon a tablespoon of crushed Oreo cookies into each dessert cup, followed by a layer of the Nutella cheesecake mixture, and then another spoonful of crushed cookies.
  4. In another chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and whipped cream stabilizer (if using) until stiff peaks form. Transfer the whipped cream to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
  5. Pipe a dollop of whipped cream onto the top of each mini cheesecake.
  6. Refrigerate the mini Nutella cheesecakes for at least 4 hours before serving.
