No-Bake Chocolate Mango Mousse
Ingredients
- 150 g mango pulp
- 2 teaspoons of sugar (optional)
- 6 g gelatin + 1.5 tablespoons of cold water
- 170 ml heavy cream
Instructions
Start by blooming the gelatin in water and set it aside to swell.
Heat up the mango pulp with sugar until it boils. Add the bloomed gelatin. Mix until the gelatin dissolves. Let it cool down.
Whip the heavy cream until it's loose, not stiff. Then, gradually fold in the cooled mango pulp until just combined.
Chocolate Shell:
Melt dark chocolate over a double boiler.
Additionally:
Raspberry jam.
Brush the chocolate into molds and chill. Then, pour the mousse into the chocolate shells, add raspberry jam in the center, and cover with more mousse.
Chill for a few hours.
