Chocolate Mousse Pie
Ingredients
- Ingredients for Dark Chocolate Mousse:
- 300g dark chocolate (or milk chocolate if you prefer)
- 150g heavy cream
- 250g whipped cream
- Ingredients for White Chocolate Mousse:
- 300g white chocolate
- 150g heavy cream
- 250g whipped cream
- For the Whipped Cream:
- 500g whipped cream or fresh heavy cream
- 100g powdered milk
- For the Crust:
- 150g cookies
- 80g butter
- Nutella or ganache for topping
Instructions
- Start with the crust. Crush the cookies and mix in the melted butter. Press the mixture into an 18cm pan. Freeze it.
- Prepare both ganaches and let them cool. Whip the cream with powdered milk and set aside.
- Incorporate the whipped cream into the ganaches and assemble the pie.
- Leave it in the freezer for 2 hours or in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
- Decorate as you please and serve! Enjoy this delightful treat! 🍰
