Chocolate Mousse Pie

Ingredients

  • Ingredients for Dark Chocolate Mousse:
  • 300g dark chocolate (or milk chocolate if you prefer)
  • 150g heavy cream
  • 250g whipped cream
  • Ingredients for White Chocolate Mousse:
  • 300g white chocolate
  • 150g heavy cream
  • 250g whipped cream
  • For the Whipped Cream:
  • 500g whipped cream or fresh heavy cream
  • 100g powdered milk
  • For the Crust:
  • 150g cookies
  • 80g butter
  • Nutella or ganache for topping

Instructions

  1. Start with the crust. Crush the cookies and mix in the melted butter. Press the mixture into an 18cm pan. Freeze it.
  2. Prepare both ganaches and let them cool. Whip the cream with powdered milk and set aside.
  3. Incorporate the whipped cream into the ganaches and assemble the pie.
  4. Leave it in the freezer for 2 hours or in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  5. Decorate as you please and serve! Enjoy this delightful treat! 🍰
