New York Cheesecake with Blueberries

Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 160 g of graham crackers
  • 100 g of melted butter
  • Cheesecake Filling:
  • 1 kg of cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup of sugar (or more if you like it sweeter)
  • 200 g of 30% cream
  • 1 package of pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • blueberries sprinkled with semolina

Instructions

    Grind the graham crackers. Mix them with melted butter. Bake for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Let it cool. Mix the cream cheese with sugar and cream. Add the pudding mix and eggs, and mix until combined. Gently fold in the blueberries coated with semolina. Boil 1.5 liters of water and pour it into a large baking pan, then place it on the bottom rack of the preheated oven. Place the cheesecake batter on the rack above the water. Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 120°C and bake for about 85 minutes more. Leave the baked cheesecake in the oven to cool down completely!
