Lotus Dream Cake
Ingredients
- 17.6 ounces (500 g) cream cheese (Philadelphia, Twój Smak)
- 2 cups (500 ml) heavy cream (36% fat)
- 1/2 cup (70 g) powdered sugar
- 5.3 ounces (150 g) Lotus Biscoff spread
- Additional:
- About 9.5 ounces (270 g) butter cookies
- 6 ounces (170 g) Lotus Biscoff cookies (21 pieces)
- Topping:
- 7 ounces (200 g) Lotus Biscoff spread
Instructions
Mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add the Lotus spread and mix again.
In a separate bowl, beat the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold it into the cream mixture.
Line the bottom of the baking pan with butter cookies. Spread half of the cream mixture over them, then add a layer of Lotus Biscoff cookies. Top with the remaining cream mixture and another layer of butter cookies. Drizzle with slightly warmed Lotus spread.
Chill in the refrigerator overnight. Enjoy! 🍰
