Lotus Dessert with Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 1/3 cups (800ml) milk
  • 1 cup (200ml) heavy cream
  • 2 packs vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 pack vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp caramel cream
  • 3.5 oz (100g) white chocolate
  • A dash of caramel sauce
  • 1 cup (250g) mascarpone
  • For Garnish:
  • Lotus cookies
  • Additional caramel cream

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine milk, heavy cream, vanilla pudding powder, vanilla sugar, and caramel cream. Whisk the mixture until it thickens and boils.
  2. Add white chocolate to the pudding mixture, stirring until it melts and incorporates smoothly.
  3. Allow the pudding to cool, and then fold in mascarpone until well combined.
  4. In serving glasses or bowls, layer the pudding with Lotus cookies and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
  5. Repeat the layers until your dessert glasses are filled, finishing with a dollop of mascarpone on top.
  6. For the finishing touch, decorate with Lotus cookies and a swirl of caramel cream.
  7. Chill the desserts in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
