Lotus Dessert with Pudding
Ingredients
- 3 1/3 cups (800ml) milk
- 1 cup (200ml) heavy cream
- 2 packs vanilla pudding powder
- 1 pack vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp caramel cream
- 3.5 oz (100g) white chocolate
- A dash of caramel sauce
- 1 cup (250g) mascarpone
- For Garnish:
- Lotus cookies
- Additional caramel cream
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine milk, heavy cream, vanilla pudding powder, vanilla sugar, and caramel cream. Whisk the mixture until it thickens and boils.
- Add white chocolate to the pudding mixture, stirring until it melts and incorporates smoothly.
- Allow the pudding to cool, and then fold in mascarpone until well combined.
- In serving glasses or bowls, layer the pudding with Lotus cookies and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
- Repeat the layers until your dessert glasses are filled, finishing with a dollop of mascarpone on top.
- For the finishing touch, decorate with Lotus cookies and a swirl of caramel cream.
- Chill the desserts in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
