Fluffy banana cake

 

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup (60g) sugar
  • 1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup (50ml) oil
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) heavy cream
  • 1 2/3 cups (200g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1/4 cup (40g) chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup (50g) walnuts

Here’s how to make it:

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar and brown sugar until fluffy. Mash the bananas with a fork until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and mix briefly.
  2. Grease a bundt pan with butter and dust with flour. Pour the batter into the pan.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 340°F (170°C) for about 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  4. Let it cool completely, then remove from the pan.
  5. Spread melted hazelnut spread over the top and sprinkle with walnuts.
