Dessert with Nutella in 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 cup (250g) cottage cheese
- 1 cup (250g) mascarpone cheese
- 3 tablespoons Nutella
- 1 packet whipped cream stabilizer
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 cup (200ml) heavy cream
- For the base:
- 1 cup (125g) of your favorite cookies
- 1/2 cup (50g) ground hazelnuts
- For garnish: Hazelnuts and chocolate sauce
Instructions
- Prepare the Cream:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, mascarpone cheese, Nutella, whipped cream stabilizer, and vanilla sugar.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture until well combined. Set aside.
- Prepare the Base:
- Crush the cookies into fine crumbs.
- Mix the cookie crumbs with the ground hazelnuts.
- Assemble the Dessert:
- In serving glasses or bowls, layer the cookie and hazelnut mixture at the bottom.
- Spoon the Nutella cream mixture on top of the cookie layer.
- Garnish:
- Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts on top.
- Drizzle with chocolate sauce for extra indulgence.
- Chill:
- Place the desserts in the refrigerator to chill before serving.
