Cloudy Vanilla Delight

Ingredients

  • For a 26 cm loaf pan:
  • 450 ml vanilla drinkable yogurt (I used vanilla skyr)
  • 25 g powdered sugar
  • 50 g whipped cream powder
  • 25 g gelatin
  • about 90 g cocoa cookies
  • For the glaze:
  • 100 g milk chocolate
  • 60 ml heavy cream (30% fat)

Instructions

    Soak the gelatin in 60 ml of cold water and set aside to swell.
    Whip yogurt, powdered sugar, and whipped cream powder for about 8 minutes until the mixture becomes slightly fluffy.
    Heat the gelatin (e.g., in the microwave) until dissolved.
    Add a spoonful of the mixture to the cooled gelatin and mix. Then add another spoonful, mix, and pour the entire mixture into the rest of the yogurt mixture while still mixing.
    Line the loaf pan with plastic wrap. Place cocoa cookies on the bottom, pour the mixture, and add another layer of cookies (press lightly into the cream).
    Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
    After this time, drizzle with melted chocolate and cream.
