Soft and Fluffy HAZELNUT MUFFINS
Ingredients

- 1 cup milk
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1 cup ground hazelnuts
- 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
- 1 packet baking powder
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until well combined.
- Add milk and oil, then mix in ground hazelnuts, chopped hazelnuts, baking powder, all-purpose flour, and cinnamon. Stir until you have a smooth batter.
