  • 1 cooked vanilla or custard pudding
  • 3.5 ounces (100g) blueberries
  • 1 egg
  • Almond flakes
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut each into triangles.
  3. Place a spoonful of cooked pudding and a few blueberries onto each triangle.
  4. Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the tip to form crescent rolls.
  5. Beat the egg in a small bowl and brush it over the tops of the rolls.
  6. Sprinkle almond flakes on top for added crunch and visual appeal.
  7. Transfer the rolls to the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
