- 150g butter
- 3 eggs (small)
- 100g sugar
- 100g chocolate chips
- About 400g flour
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 packet baking powder
- Size of baking pan: 28 cm
- Baking time: Bake at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) in a preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
Instructions:
- Start by making the brownie batter. In a mixing bowl, beat together the eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla sugar until well combined.
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water or in the microwave. Stir until smooth, then let it cool slightly.
- Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, stirring until smooth.
- Sift in the cocoa powder, salt, and flour, and fold gently until just combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into a greased and floured 28 cm baking pan, spreading it out evenly.
