Caramel Dream Tubes

Ingredients

  • 1 package of puff pastry
  • 1 egg for brushing
  • 7-9 ounces (200-250 g) caramel fudge (I used hazelnut)
  • 1 1/4 cups (300 ml) heavy cream (36% fat)
  • 2 packets of whipping cream stabilizer
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1.8 ounces (50 g) milk chocolate
  • about 1 ounce (30g) hazelnuts

Instructions

Roll out the puff pastry, slice into strips about 0.8 inches (2 cm) wide, and wrap them around tube molds. Brush with beaten egg and bake for about 15 minutes at 350°F (180°C). After baking, remove from molds and let cool completely.

Spread caramel fudge inside the cooled tubes.

Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then add powdered sugar and stabilizers. Transfer to a piping bag and fill the tubes.

Drizzle melted chocolate over the top and sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts. Enjoy your delicious treat! 🍫✨
