Ingredients

  • 19.4 oz cream cheese (I used 10.5 oz mascarpone and 8.8 oz regular cream cheese)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2.5 oz sweetener of your choice (like erythritol, dates, or inulin, adjust amounts accordingly)
  • 3.5 oz heavy cream or coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 356°F (180°C).
  3. Let it rest until the next day.
  4. Sprinkle your favorite sweetener on top (I used inulin, but a bit of coconut sugar or another sweetener will work too) and lightly torch it.

Round mold approximately 7 inches in diameter.
