Babka Tiramisu With Coffee and Mascarpone
Ingredients
- ▪️250 g mascarpone cheese (I used caramel-flavored)
- ▪️100 g sugar (if you like it sweeter, add more)
- ▪️3 eggs
- ▪️50 ml vegetable oil
- ▪️250 g all-purpose flour
- ▪️16 g baking powder
- ▪️10 g cocoa powder
- ▪️15 g brewed espresso
- ▪️1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
Instructions
➡️Mix mascarpone cheese with sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Then pour in the oil and mix well.
➡️Add flour, baking powder, and mix thoroughly. Divide the batter into 3 parts. Leave one part white.
👉Add brewed espresso and instant coffee powder to the second part, and cocoa powder to the third.
👉Transfer the espresso part into the pan first, smooth it out.
Add the cocoa part on top and smooth it out. Finally, add the white part on top and smooth it out.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top-bottom heat) for about 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
